NursePartners is a licensed home care agency that specializes in delivering highly individualized, quality care in a client’s home or residence. Founded in 2002 by Angela Geiger, NursePartners has over fifteen years of experience in compassionate, experienced care.

Our carepartners are the heart of who we are.

Our carepartners are bonded, screened, background-checked, and insured, so you can rest assured that your loved one will be safe in our care. Each applicant participates in a behavioral interview, competency testing, skill matching, and orientation. Pre-hire requirements include a health, drug and sexual offender screen, personality test, legal citizenship verification, two-step PPD exam, license and CPR certification.

NursePartners’ requires one year of experience in a long-term care setting. Carepartners are carefully screened for compassion and expertise. We ensure that all requirements are established on the front end of our employment process. Our unique orientation process enables highly-qualified personnel to excel in customer care:

Mandatory certified nursing assistant (carepartner) orientation includes the following:

  • Daily care considerations
  • Disease and condition management
  • Nursing rehab restoration programming
  • Exposure control / Department of Health mandated trainings
  • Positive Approach™ to Care by Teepa Snow

Mandatory licensed nurse orientation includes the following:

  • Pharmacology review
  • Disease and condition management
  • Rehab restoration nursing
  • Infection control / Department of Health mandated trainings
  • Positive Approach™ to Care by Teepa Snow
  • Medicare guidelines and minimum data set completion
