Learn more about Home Care

Our commitment to delivering quality care is not only our specialty, but our passion. We adhere to the highest standards of hiring health professionals. Your team will consist of carepartners that are fully credentialed, experienced, and dedicated to 24/7 care.

All of our carepartners are bonded, screened, insured, and have clean backgrounds. You can rest assured that your loved one will be safe in our care. Each applicant participates in a behavioral interview, competency testing, skill matching, and orientation.

After a care consultation and assessment, we’ll work to match a experienced carepartner to fit your preferences, including personality, communication, behavioral styles, and skill set.  We advise clients to allow a relationship time to develop, but are happy to introduce another carepartner if it is not a perfect match.

We only hire Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), not home health aides. Each CNA is carefully tested for experience, compassion, and expertise. The comprehensive clinical assessment and matching system enables NursePartners to match qualified carepartners to fit your preferences.

NursePartners’ also requires one year of experience in the long-term care setting. Our unique orientation process provides highly-experienced personnel to excel in customer care, including:

  • Daily care considerations
  • Observation, assessment and communication of resident status
  • Disease and condition management
  • Rehabilitation / restorative nursing
  • Positive Approach™ to Care by Teepa Snow

We believe quality of care is directly related to consistency of care. Depending on the hours and days you request, our goal is for each client to have a permanent team of carepartners.  Best results are obtained when both at least one primary and relief carepartner are introduced to the client.  Each carepartner can work up to 40 hours per week, unless overtime is approved by client.
