Last updated: July 1, 2025

1. Scope & Applicability

This Privacy Policy governs how NursePartners collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data—including phone numbers and opt-in status—for individuals (clients and employees) who opt into our texting service.

2. Data Collection & Purpose

  • What we collect: Your name, phone number, and any messaging preferences.
  • How we collect it: Via explicit opt-in forms (online, in-person, or via SMS).
  • Why we collect it: To send you appointment reminders, health updates, wellness tips, and other NursePartners-related messages aligned with your consent.

3. Consent & Opt-In

  • You are only enrolled in our texting service upon providing explicit consent (e.g., selecting a checkbox, signing a form, or replying “YES” to a confirmation SMS).
  • Our confirmation message will clearly state who we are, what content you’ll receive, expected frequency, data/message rates, and unsubscribe instructions.

4. Opt-Out Policy

  • You can stop all text communications at any time by replying “STOP,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT.” Upon receipt, we will promptly honor your request and cease messages.

5. Message Frequency & Content

  • You may receive up to 50 messages per week (e.g., appointment reminders, health notifications).
  • Messages may include appointment schedules, health alerts, program updates, and occasional wellness resources. Messaging and data rates may apply.

6. Data Security & Retention

  • We use industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls) to safeguard personal data.
  • Your data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill messaging services or comply with legal obligations; afterward it is securely deleted.

7. Data Sharing

  • NursePartners does not share or sell your phone number or opt-in information to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., SMS platforms, IT support) solely to deliver the service; these providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.

8. Your Rights

  • You have the right to access, update, correct, or delete your contact information.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time by opting out—this will not impact your participation in other NursePartners services.

9. Policy Changes

  • We may update this policy to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. April 27, 2025 – minor revision.
  • Any changes will be communicated via email or SMS (if you’re subscribed), and the new version will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
